About Rebecca
Welcome! As a therapist, I place the utmost importance in building safe and authentic relationships with those I am privileged to work with, and my mission is to help you identify and address areas of healing and growth, provide practical tools as needed, and recognize and draw upon your inherent strengths in holistic and creative ways. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns like anxiety, ADHD, childhood trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues, and I love walking alongside clients as they learn to navigate and understand the complexities of who they are.

My style is warm and direct, and depending on your needs, I draw from a variety of approaches, including relational gestalt therapy, EMDR, somatic and/or psychodynamic techniques, attachment-based work, DBT, and play therapy. My experience encompasses work with middle/high school students, first-responders, healthcare and other working professionals, creatives, substance use, and more.

About me: Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a nurse, and I am also a proud child of immigrants. Outside of work, I can usually be found spending time with loved ones, binge-watching movies and TV shows, and wrangling my two feisty chihuahuas.
