I use Simple Practice, which sends a custom link for your scheduled appointment via email and/or text. You can also access appointment links via your client portal.
As a backup option, I use Doxy.me, which is a free, HIPAA compliant website. It's simple and easy to use. We can chat or do a video call, and you do not need a profile.
