Our founder specializes in maternal and perinatal mental health, offering dedicated support for postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, surrogacy, and third-party reproduction, while helping clients navigate the emotional complexities of parenthood. Our women-centered psychotherapy services are designed to support mental wellness through life transitions including adolescence, early adulthood, perimenopause, and menopause. We provide evidence-based care for ADHD, grief and loss, PTSD, and trauma, with an emphasis on building resilience and fostering empowerment. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, processing a significant change, or seeking support through a challenging season, we meet you where you are—with empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to your growth and healing. We are allies and support the entire family. So yes, we do see children and men! All non-binary and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals are welcome here.
