I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, women, and couples through various struggles that include: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, pregnancy/postpartum concerns, and trauma with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

Offers parenting support using the Nurturing Parenting and Parenting in the 21st Century curricula; helps parents build strong relationships with their children and themselves; teaches child development, connection-building, and positive discipline rooted in empathy and respect; provides anger management services using person-centered, solution-focused, and CBT techniques; supports emotional awareness, self-control, and healthier responses to stress.
