Heather (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a graduate certificate in Trauma from Walden University’s Barbara Solomon School of Social Work. She is passionate about making mental health feel approachable, understandable, and accessible for all clients. Heather enjoys helping individuals better understand how the brain, nervous system, and past experiences influence daily life, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

Heather works with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, using a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach that incorporates humor, honesty, and open communication. She believes that mental health care is a basic human right and that meaningful growth begins with self-understanding and self-compassion.

She is especially passionate about supporting birthing families, individuals from underserved communities, and those seeking a holistic, mind-body approach to healing, self-advocacy, and resilience.
