Krishna Priya Rayala is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) in Georgia. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University. Before becoming a therapist, she spent over a decade as a software engineer, developing an appreciation for problem-solving and the complexity of interconnected systems.

Krishna works with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, developmental and relational trauma, parenting concerns, and life transitions. She also supports couples seeking to strengthen their connection, work through conflict, or prepare for marriage.

Her approach combines compassionate understanding with practical guidance. With Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman Method, she integrates these approaches with DBT-informed skills and a family systems perspective. She is also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. Together with clients, she explores the experiences and patterns behind their struggles while helping them build skills for meaningful change.

As an Indian immigrant, wife, and mother, Krishna brings a personal understanding of the ways cultural expectations, family roles, and identity can shape emotional wellbeing. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds and has a particular interest in supporting South Asian and immigrant individuals and families as they navigate belonging, intergenerational differences, and relationships.

Krishna offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood, reconnect with their strengths, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. She provides sessions in English and Telugu, with limited conversational Hindi, and offers in-person appointments in Cumming and telehealth throughout Georgia.
