Professionals in Our Office
We believe mental health is deeply connected to the body, relationships, and overall wellbeing. Our office space includes a small group of trusted, independent professionals whose services complement the therapeutic work we do here. Each provider below operates their own practice, but we value collaboration and thoughtful referrals when it supports our clients’ care.
The Village Within Our Office

Concierge Hormone & Metabolic Wellness
Anna Kolomitseva, ND
Licensed Naturopathic Physician (CT) | Holistic & Functional Wellness Consulting (GA)
Focus: high-touch, hormone-informed holistic and functional wellness support for women - especially
across conception, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum - when "hormones" are the question behind symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, mood shifts, cravings/stress eating, sleep disruption, cycle changes, and stubborn weight/metabolism concerns. With 10+ years of clinical experience and active licensure as a naturopathic physician in Connecticut, IHWC offers a quiet, evidence-informed approach that blends education, strategy, and accountability in a luxe, concierge-style model designed for sustainable change. IHWC is an award-recognized wellness practice.
A cornerstone of our work is The Stop Dieting Method™ - IHWC's signature program that addresses the hormone and metabolism conversation without restrictive dieting, while building practical routines that fit real life. IHWC also offers functional lab testing (including hormone-focused testing) to help guide individualized next steps and support informed conversations with your medical team.
Independent business entity; scheduling, payment, and services are handled directly through IHWC.
Services are provided in an education-based consulting/coaching context and do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing.
