Educator Support Group

With recent world events and a consistent teacher shortage, your job is getting harder. This group supports all those in the education field.

#WeCanDoHardThings Walking Group

This group is a walk-and-talk support group meant to bring together real people with honest struggles. Think book club, but with walking and discussing your personal "hard thing." The focus is not on exercise, but this is an added bonus.

Thriving Through PMADs Therapy Group

This group focuses on supporting those who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) and want to not only survive, but also thrive. This group is FREE.

PMADs are the number one complication of pregnancy/birth and the least screened for. If you believe you may be experiencing an undiagnosed PMAD, please contact me today.  

Surviving Motherhood Support Group

Motherhood is hard. Sometimes we need a little extra support and a reminder that we are not alone in this journey.

This is a monthly support group available for ALL kinds of moms.

Here to Slay Women's Support Group

This is a monthly women's support group available to all women seeking community and well-being. This group meets every 3rd Monday from 6-7:30 pm.

2024 PSI Climb out of the Darkness

Join fellow survivors, supporters & providers for a community event working to raise awareness and support for families affected by perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Official Climb season dates are 6/15-6/30 and 9/28-10/13.
