About Kristine

Kristine is an associate professional counselor trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Kristine believes that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and truly understood. She brings a trauma-informed and culturally attuned lens to her work, creating a space where clients can show up fully as themselves. As a Puerto Rican woman raised in New York, she draws from both personal and professional experiences to support individuals navigating generational trauma, particularly within communities of color.

She works with clients who have experienced sexual and childhood abuse, as well as those struggling with cultural identity, self-esteem, relationship challenges, boundary setting, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Kristine is especially passionate about supporting women in reconnecting with their voice, strengthening their sense of self, and moving forward with clarity and confidence.

Her approach is holistic and integrative, blending psychodynamic, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies. She focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. Above all, Kristine is committed to walking alongside her clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and a more grounded sense of well-being.
