“Like the rose, our biggest job in this world is to find a way to bloom amongst the thorns so that we may still show our beauty. It is my job to help you believe- of your own beauty and to recognize all that you can be to the world. Let me be your roots-grounding you, helping to nourish your mind and soul so that you can freely grow past the stems and thorns from which you came. Let us work together to let your full beauty glow!”

About Bianca

I am a boy mommy, wife, passionate advocate for reproductive justice, devoted musician and singer, sound healer, and dedicated gardener. I am also a Board-Certified Music Therapist with over 11 years of experience, a Licensed Social Worker, and a certified holistic birth doula through Birth Arts International.

Through my own experiences with high-risk pregnancies, perinatal loss, motherhood, and postpartum mental health—as well as my work as a doula serving families in rural communities—I have become a passionate advocate for birthing families whose voices are too often unheard. I am especially committed to supporting individuals and families living in rural and healthcare deserts, those from the global majority, and others who have historically experienced barriers to equitable healthcare and support.

My hope is to educate and empower families to become the experts in their own stories—helping them define their goals, values, and identities throughout family planning, pregnancy, parenthood, health, and personal autonomy. I believe every individual deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident in advocating for themselves and their family.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in reconnecting the mind and body through somatic practices, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. I strive to help clients strengthen their ability to self-regulate, build resilience, and confidently advocate for their needs while navigating the inevitable challenges and transitions of life and parenthood. Together, we create opportunities for healing, transformative self-discovery, and exploration of the unconscious in a safe and supportive environment.

One of the unique aspects of my practice is the integration of my background as a Board-Certified Music Therapist and sound healer. When appropriate, I incorporate music, sound, creativity, and expressive experiences into sessions to foster deeper self-exploration, healing, connection, and joy, creating a therapeutic space that is both meaningful and restorative.
