About Tanya
I’m a mom of four, and our family life was full and busy—school schedules, sports, horses, and music shaped our days. I’ve deeply valued nurturing the unique individuals my children are, while also being stretched by the reality that they are wonderfully different from me. With just one child left at home, I’m now navigating a new life transition myself—one that brings reflection, growth, and a deeper appreciation for the many phases of parenthood.

Motherhood has been both deeply fulfilling and profoundly humbling—an epic journey filled with unexpected turns, joy, loss, and uncertainty. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am as a parent, but also how I show up as a therapist. I understand firsthand how identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing can shift during fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions that follow.

I’m especially passionate about perinatal and fertility mental health and enjoy supporting moms and dads through experiences such as infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and the emotional complexities of pregnancy and postpartum life. I’m fascinated by interpersonal neurobiology and the powerful ways connection, attunement, and support can foster healing during these vulnerable seasons.

In my work, I aim to offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel seen and supported through the emotional, social, and physical changes that accompany their fertility and parenting journeys. Whatever your path to parenthood looks like, you don’t have to walk it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you.
