About Jena

Welcome! As a therapist, I feel honored to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I completed my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I specialize in working with clients across various life stages, with a particular passion for supporting teens, young adults, women, and couples. My experience includes helping clients work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, pregnancy/postpartum struggles, women’s issues, and sexual trauma.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply tailored to your unique story.  I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based approaches to help you explore how early relationships may impact current patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build on your strengths. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I’m here to help you find clarity, connection, and renewed hope.

For those who desire a faith-based component to therapy, I offer spiritual integration—honoring the role of spirituality in the healing process and meeting you where you are on your journey.

I’m also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator and provide premarital counseling for couples seeking to build a strong, intentional foundation for their relationship.

Above all, my goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move toward greater emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.
