About Savannah
Hi, I’m Savannah DuLong (she/her), an occupational therapist deeply passionate about
supporting women through every phase of motherhood, with a special focus on the raw, beautiful, and often overlooked postpartum season.
As a wife and mom of two, I understand firsthand the mental, emotional, and physical demands of caregiving. My own journey through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and shifting identity shapes how I show up for my clients: with warmth, curiosity, and profound respect for the wisdom they already carry within.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Our bodies,
minds, environments, and roles are all interconnected. As an OT, I bring a whole-person lens to perinatal care, blending both body-based support and function-focused strategies. I specialize in birth recovery, core and pelvic health, sensory and nervous system regulation, and the complex transitions of motherhood and matrescence.
I help new mothers reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their identities, and rebuild daily rhythms that truly support healing. My work focuses on:
● Emotional regulation and body-based coping tools
● Nervous system awareness and sensory strategies
● Routine building for ease and stability
● Navigating identity shifts and role overwhelm
● Functional support for burnout and decision fatigue
● Ergonomic education for daily activities, childcare, and breastfeeding
● Pelvic health and core rehabilitation
For many, talk therapy is essential. For others, it can feel like too much or not quite the right fit. My approach offers a grounded, practical entry point for healing that can complement therapy or serve as the place to begin.
Please note that occupational therapy does not diagnose or treat mental illness, provide
traditional talk therapy, or process trauma.
If you’re feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the mental load, or unsure how to care for yourself while caring for everyone else, you’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Together, you’ll walk away with a personalized healing plan tailored to your daily life, practical tools for regulation, core and pelvic health, identity integration, and a safe space to reconnect with yourself and feel like you again.
