About Savannah

Life can bring seasons that feel overwhelming, isolating, or difficult to navigate alone. Whether you're facing infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, trauma, parenting stress, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student intern, I am committed to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges and move toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. I have a special interest in supporting those experiencing perinatal mental health concerns, infertility, trauma, parenthood, and significant life changes.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. As a wife and mother of four, I understand how life’s unexpected challenges can impact emotional well-being. Having experienced secondary infertility, I know firsthand how lonely and overwhelming these journeys can feel. During that season, I longed for a place where I could process my experiences openly and receive support without judgment. Those experiences continue to shape the compassion, empathy, and understanding I bring into the counseling relationship.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to show up exactly as they are. My approach is person-centered and rooted in authenticity, empathy, and respect for each person's unique story and lived experience. I believe healing happens within a supportive relationship, and I am committed to meeting clients where they are while honoring their strengths, values, and goals.

As I continue my clinical training, I integrate person-centered principles with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games, listening to music and podcasts, and exploring creative outlets. I value connection, community, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.

Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, self-understanding, and hope.
